Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are determined by weight, start at a low $1.40 and is FREE for orders of $150.00 or more! We offer this type of shipping because we feel that it is important that our customers have total control over which shipping method their package is shipped. We also don't think it is right to charge $5 for shipping for something that may only cost us $2.00 to ship. Our shopping cart will automatically calculate weights and rates for you.
We ship via USPS & Fedex Home Delivery.
Orders that qualify for FREE Shipping will be shipped either by USPS Priority Mail or FEDEX Home Delivery and will be delivered in 2-7 days. Soft Cloth Bunz reserves the right to choose shipping method.
USPS First Class Mail usually delivers in 2-5 business days.
USPS Parcel Post usually delivers in 5-10 business days.
USPS Priority usually delivers in 2-3 business days.
Express Mail offers a guaranteed 1-2 day delivery.
Fedex Home Delivery usually delivers in 2-7 days.
Fedex will NOT deliver to a PO Box. If your address is a PO Box, APO, or FPO, please use USPS.
Due to carrier limitations, orders shipped to remote addresses may take longer to arrive than the above quoted delivery times.
Delivery Confirmation or Tracking is included with every order. Packages shipped via USPS will include a Delivery Confirmation and packages shipped UPS will include a tracking number.
USPS Delivery Confirmation allows you to see when your order was shipped and also provides notification that your package was delivered. Sometimes you can track in between but not always. Take your Delivery Confirmation number to www.usps.com to obtain information about your shipment.
Fedex tracking allows you to see exactly where your package is all times. Go to www.fedex.com, enter your tracking number to obtain information about your shipment.
Shipping Schedule
Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt. Orders received after 12:00 noon EST on Friday or during the weekend will begin processing for shipment on the next business day. (Usually on Monday unless it is a holiday) If your order should be back ordered, you will be notified by email. We will provide you with the anticipated date of shipment as well as substitution options for a quicker delivery.
Soft Cloth Bunz is solely owned and operated by a WAHM (work at home mom). There may be times where the office is closed due to illness or family vacations. During these times, we will post an announcement on the website and/or contact you personally to advise you of potential delay. We appreciate your understanding that our family comes first.
Shipping Insurance
Soft Cloth Bunz self-insures packages against loss or damage. If package should become lost* or damaged, we will re-ship your order at no additional cost to you.
*A lost pacakge is defined as a package that has not arrived to your shipping address after 30 days of shipment AND DOES NOT have a confirmed delivery by USPS or FEDEX.
PLEASE ensure that you provide a safe mailing address for us to ship to. We CAN NOT be responsible for packages that have been lost or stolen because the carrier has left in an unsafe place. If this is a concern, then please provide us with special instructions (i.e. leave at back door, leave on porch, do not leave in lobby, leave at front desk, etc.) and we will be sure to note on your package.

Sales Tax
All orders within Virginia are subject to 5% sales tax.
Return Policy
We are happy to accept a return of new unused/unwashed products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus shipping charges.
Package Deals must be returned complete. If package is not complete then full retail charges as if purchased individually will apply.
You must receive authorization prior to return. Please contact us to receive a return authorization number and form. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your receipt, all original packaging (if applicable), and the return authorization form that will be issued to you. You MUST clearly write the return authorization number on the front of your package. For security reasons, packages that do not include this number on the front of the package will be refused and returned to you.
